Update PMX Canvas to the published v0.12.0 release.

Only the PMX Canvas entry changes in plugins/external.json and the regenerated .github/plugin/marketplace.json:

• Version: 0.12.0
• Release tag: v0.12.0
• Pinned commit: facd794de99b239ae89bf08efafeef2a45714762

The release includes the PMX logo at the manifest's assets/preview.png path. The collaborative-canvas description and all other listing metadata remain unchanged.
