[Bug]: High CPU Usage in Lantern v10.0.3-beta-5 on Windows 10 #9163
Description
What happened?
Lantern consumes a significant amount of CPU on my computer, reaching approximately 40% in Task Manager, with power usage reported as "Very high".
My computer is somewhat old and has limited resources, but this CPU usage still seems unusually high.
Could you investigate whether this is expected behavior or a performance issue?

The fix for this (#9196) shipped in 10.0.4-beta.1. Please update to the latest beta and let us know if the CPU usage is back to normal.
