Root cause:
ReferencesFile.FromLinesadded each package line as a separate entry, so with two lines for one package only one entry's settings took effect.Fix: lines for the same package are merged using
InstallSettings.(+), which now also mergesEmbedInteropTypesandAliases(previously dropped). Earlier lines win on conflicts. Release note added.Test Status
