Forkgram (Android) keeps sending annoying "Push service: tap to learn more" notification every ~15 minutes #526

Exactly what it says on the tin.
I tried tapping the notification, which brings me to the Github page, but other than that I really can't figure out how to make this specific notification stop bothering me every (roughly) 15 minutes.
I obviously don't want to entirely disable notifications, because the whole purpose of Telegram is to message and receive messages.
