Vector strategy builds wrong polygons when crossing the dateline #37297
Description
I have noticed that when building polygons across the dateline, the Vector strategy constructs those polygons wrongly. It seems to be related to the fact that the longitude -180 is normalise to +180 and that confuses the underlaying topology library.
