Missing parameters in section Naming scheme #140

I stumbled upon #124 while searching for a way to add the artist to my output directory. Now I ended up with:

-D "{album_artist}/{date} - {album}" \
-F "{track} - {title}"

I think the section "Naming scheme" in README.md should be expanded by adding all possible parameter names.
