Please add support for the new Jenkins code-coverage plugin #11689
The support for generating badges from Jenkins code coverage reports only supports old/deprecated Jenkins plugins. The deprecated plugins have been replced with coverage-plugin.

Hello @markshep 👋🏻 Do you have an example of Jenkins job that uses this plugin?

We’d also really appreciate support for the newer Jenkins coverage-plugin.
I can share an example url and payload (trimmed to the relevant parts):
https://[domain]/job/[redacted]/job/[redacted]/job/master/132/tests/api/json
{ "_class": "io.jenkins.plugins.coverage.metrics.restapi.CoverageApi", "projectStatistics": { "branch": "31.39%", "file": "53.27%", "instruction": "70.69%", "line": "70.69%", "loc": "6554", "method": "65.36%", "module": "100.00%", "package": "92.50%" }, "qualityGates": { "overallResult": "INACTIVE", "resultItems": [] }, "referenceBuild": "-" }PyvesB commentedon Mar 21, 2026
My impression is that this should already be supported:
shields/services/jenkins/jenkins-coverage.service.js

We'd need an example Jenkins job to validate whether it's working or not, tweak the implementation if need-be, and base new automated tests on.
