Add support for uv.lock and poetry.lock for dependency lock #11313

📋 Description
As the title says. Since a Pipfile.lock is already available, I think there should be one for poetry and uv.
🔗 Data
The same way you get it from Pipfile.lock. they are the same format (toml), so it should be easy to handle it.
🎤 Motivation
For those who have moved away from Pipenv, but still want the badge.
