Husband, father and self-taught developer. By day I manage the infrastructure of a small IT company; at home I run a three-node Proxmox cluster with Ceph and Kubernetes (k3s), managed as code with OpenTofu and Ansible.
- Born in Schorndorf, Germany. My roots are in Sardinia, where I lived for my first 30 years; today my home is near Naples, Italy.
- I trained as a surveyor, but my passion for computers took me down another path.
- For years I taught Autodesk software (design tools for construction, mechanical engineering and more) for an Autodesk partner company.
- Everything I know about IT I taught myself: I'm curious and I never stop learning.
- poste.io-addons: add-ons for the Poste.io mail server (external POP3/IMAP mailboxes, dark theme for the admin, spam-learning fixes).
- qgis-relation-manager: QGIS plugin to export and import the relations of a project.
- codeigniter4-docker: Docker image for CodeIgniter 4 development (archived).
- codeigniter4-datatables: DataTables support for CodeIgniter 4 (archived).
- Publish more of the tools I build for my own infrastructure.
- Contribute more to open source projects.
