I'm a full-stack developer who ships real products, not just demos. After 20+ years in IT — as an IT Manager and IT Officer for organizations such as the British Embassy in Kabul and UNHCR — I retrained in Germany and earned my IHK degree as Fachinformatiker für Anwendungsentwicklung.
Today I design and build cloud-based applications with deep AI integration: LLM assistants, structured outputs, document intelligence and workflow automation. My own AI platform, SmartFlow, is live in production at barakzai.cloud.
