Summary

  • Give flagged issues and PRs 72 hours after the compliance warning before automatic closure.
  • Update issue/PR warning text, closure comments, and contributing guidance to match.
  • Leave the separate stale-issue and old-PR cleanup schedules unchanged.

Verification

  • Parsed workflow YAML and tested the actual closure script at 2, 71.99, 72, and 73 hours for both issues and PRs.
  • git diff --check.
