Issue for this PR

Closes #45405.

Type of change

  • Bug fix
  • New feature
  • Refactor / code improvement
  • Documentation

What does this PR do?

Bumps @ai-sdk/amazon-bedrock from 4.0.158 to 4.0.166 in packages/core and packages/opencode — manifests and lockfile only (4 resolved packages incl. Bedrock's pinned transitives), no application code, no permanent minimumReleaseAgeExcludes additions.

Why it works: 4.0.165+ restores encrypted-reasoning support and fixes GPT-5.x reasoning-effort requests; 4.0.166 additionally omits assistant messages left with only cache points after unsigned reasoning is filtered (interrupted Bedrock thinking turns previously replayed as empty/cache-only content). Stopping at 4.0.163/4.0.165 still leaves those replay failures.

How did you verify your code works?

  • bun typecheck passes in both packages/core and packages/opencode.
  • Legacy Bedrock/provider tests: 21 + 412 passed; core provider/config options: 22 passed; core Bedrock plugin tests: 17 passed.
  • Synthetic checks against the resolved packages: Converse/ConverseStream with GPT-5.x reasoning, gpt-oss flat reasoning, custom-ID matching, interrupted unsigned-reasoning replay (no cache / message cache / part cache), preservation of signed reasoning and real content/cache points, encrypted reasoning replay across a tool turn.
  • No live AWS/model calls were made.

Not a UI change.

Checklist

  • I have tested my changes locally
  • I have not included unrelated changes in this PR
4.0.158 emits an invalid flat reasoning field for Bedrock profiles like
global.openai.gpt-5.6-luna and the request 400s (Unknown parameter:
reasoningConfig). 4.0.165 sends nested reasoning.effort for GPT-5.x.
Its transitives (@ai-sdk/openai 3.0.104, @ai-sdk/provider-utils 4.0.49)
were published under the 3-day minimumReleaseAge window, so add them to
minimumReleaseAgeExcludes alongside the existing @ai-sdk entries.

@neriousy can we get this merged? This is currently blocking is from using the new GPT models with opencode

Include the cache-only assistant replay fix alongside GPT-5.x reasoning support. Remove the PR's permanent release-age exclusions and update only Bedrock's required transitive dependencies.
