  • booksearch — Hybrid semantic search + RAG over 84k books (TF-IDF × dense vectors, RRF, cross-encoder reranker). Runs on Kubernetes + KEDA with Kafka, provisioned on AKS via Terraform, traced with OpenTelemetry, full CI/CD.
