Adds a single-file git commit message cheat sheet under Tools > Development, next to the existing Git sheet (which covers git commands; this one covers only the message itself).
Contents: read the staged diff first, a six-type picker (feat/fix/docs/refactor/test/chore) with common mistakes, subject rules (imperative, ≤50 chars, no empty subjects), body rules (explain why; bug fixes state trigger conditions), two worked examples, anti-patterns, and a quick checklist. Plain reference style, no external links — same format as the Code Review sheet merged in #470.
Happy to adjust placement or naming if a different spot fits the collection better.
