Provide badges of different ErrorKit compatibility levels for Swift packages #15

ErrorKit improves error handling in various aspects. And Swift packages adopting ErrorKit could show that with a badge. Badges for different levels could be provided and documented how to add them to packages. Long term, if this is successful, maybe even the Swift Package Index project might want to pick it up and show the ErrorKit compatibility level
