Comments and reactions sent in a video chat come up in a list over the call, newest first, and go again after a while. A screen reader could read the ones it was taken to, but nothing told it when a new one came: someone following the comments heard nothing, and found what had been said only by going through the list again, if it was still there. A comment that is only a reaction was read as the name of the one who sent it and nothing more, the reaction itself being drawn. A new comment is said as it comes, with the name of the one who wrote it, but only while the focus of the screen reader is in the list of comments, so that someone listening to the call or doing anything else in it is not talked over; moving off the list stops it. A reaction says which one it is.

Problem
Comments and reactions in a video chat appear in a list over the call. TalkBack can read them when focused, but new comments are not announced. A comment that is only a reaction reads just the sender's name.
Fix
In
GroupCallMessagesListView, announce new comments with the sender's name, but only while accessibility focus is in the comment list, so the call is not interrupted otherwise. Reactions are read by their emoji.Testing
With TalkBack on, join a video chat with comments, focus a comment, and have someone post a new one.
Before: nothing was announced. After: the new comment is announced. Moving focus out of the list stops it.
