Implemented the requested feature here: https://bugs.telegram.org/c/720 ps: i think that it would make sense in the future to refactor the Saved Message chat to use the SharedMediaLayout instead of the current MediaActivity to have a more unified UI and less duplicated code

I've implemented two new features that many users have requested. One of them is the possibility to mark all chats on a folder as read[1], and the other one to add the GIFs section to the saved messages chat[2].
