I use 24-hour time on my Mac with a en-US locale.

Telegram A assumes that I want 12-hour time, either because this is the default or because this is expected of en-US locale.

There is a setting to change your time display preference, but I already configure this at my OS level. I think Telegram A should remove the setting and infer from the OS.

If inferring from the OS is not preferable, then the setting should at least default to the OS setting.
