When a colleague/stranger sends me a message, Telegram Web A version 12.0.20 does not show unread message notifications.
Reproduction
Steps to reproduce the behavior:A non-friend colleague/stranger finds me via a mutual group and sends me a message.The message is received and marked as unread on my Telegram Web A page, but there is no unread message notification.As a result, I do not know someone has sent me a message and cannot reply in time.
Expected behavior
When someone sends me a message, my Telegram Web A page should prompt the number of unread messages immediately.
