shane, go-to-market for AI & developer tools
$ cat ~/what-i-actually-do.txt
I make technical products sound like a human wrote the copy.
Signal in → pipeline out, minus the 15 disconnected tools and the busywork.What I'm good at
- Positioning & messaging that survives contact with a skeptical engineer
- Founder-led outbound that reads like a person, not a sequence
- Channel strategy: HN, Reddit, docs, OSS-led, PLG, the right ones, not all of them
- Building something to help turn anonymous intent into real pipeline
The GTM stack I run
How I think about it
Currently
- GTM Partner - DevTools/Open-Source at QC Growth.
- Open source: The GTM Co-Founder, free GTM Agent Skills for technical founders building alone.
Allergic to
- growth-hacking, "just circling back," and treating developers like a funnel.
The GTM Co-Founder is my open-source GTM Agent Skills pack for the technical founder building alone.
Answer five questions and your AI agent builds you a prioritized go-to-market plan, then works it with you: positioning, first users, launch, pricing. Free, MIT, built from real dev-tool GTM experience and sharpened by Adam Frankl and Jakub Czakon.

❝ Shane is a rare blend of execution power and empathy. He seems to know everyone, and more importantly, everyone trusts him. He's the kind of Sales and GTM Swiss Army knife every early-stage startup dreams of. Hans, Co-Founder @ Scalar |
