I work on international policy, global governance, and the institutional response to large-scale collective risks.
My professional background spans the French diplomatic service, the Élysée Palace, Harvard University, UCLA, and the Paris Peace Forum. Across these roles, I have worked on European affairs, technology governance, climate policy, development finance, and global public goods.
This GitHub account is a working space for projects at the intersection of policy, research, data, and software. It includes prototypes, reading tools, public-policy experiments, and technical explorations linked to my broader work.
I work on the governance of digital technologies, with a focus on AI, digital rights, institutional coordination, and the distribution of technological benefits and risks across societies.
I work on climate overshoot governance, including mitigation, adaptation, carbon removal, solar radiation modification, and the institutional trade-offs involved in managing these options together.
I have worked on democratic legitimacy, public opinion, institutional trust, and the changing relationship between citizens, institutions, and information systems.
Much of my work concerns cooperation problems that exceed the capacity of single governments: climate, health, digital infrastructure, development finance, and emerging technologies.
I am a career French diplomat by training.
I served at the Élysée Palace from 2012 to 2017, working on European affairs, policy analysis, and public opinion. I later held fellowships at Harvard and UCLA, where my research focused on international affairs, technology policy, climate governance, and environmental law.
I currently lead policy initiatives at the Paris Peace Forum, where I work on governance projects related to global public goods, including AI, climate, health, digital policy, and development finance. In 2023, I served as Deputy Special Envoy for the Summit for a New Global Financing Pact.
This is a policy workshop rather than a conventional software-engineering portfolio.
The code here is used to test ideas, structure information, build small tools, and explore how computation can support public reasoning. Some projects are polished. Others are experimental.
