The fourth “Element of Value” within The Law of Value in John David Mann’s and my book, The Go-Giver, is “Empathy.” This is a constant concept of discussion and for good reason.
We’ve briefly explored the first two “Elements of Value” within The Law of Value from John David Mann’s and my book, The Go-Giver. They are “Excellence” and “Consistency.” The third Element of Value is “Attention.”
In discussing “Excellence,” we saw that it is two-fold: the competence you bring to the table as well as how you make people feel about themselves. However, the second “Element of Value” is what makes it stick, and that is “Consistency.”
We looked at Excellence, one of the five “Elements of Value” within The Law of Value in John David Mann’s and my book, Go-Givers Sell More. We discussed the competence aspect of excellence.
