Real estate isn't a very liquid asset and it is reasonable to pause and consider before buying it, especially unusual types and in a marginal market. In another world you might be complaining that the land was an albatross around your neck. Perhaps there was a reason for this.

happened to me so many times! When I finally "won" the deal that landed me where I am, it was because I finally got the balls to place an offer sight unseen!

It took me 7 years to find my land. I actually gave up and started looking at cookie cutter houses with the wife that last year. But a perfect parcel came on market and I got it. I would recommend not settling and keep looking if it's not what you want. The market will go up and
