I would rather say that "International Law HAS BEEN murdered by the USA for an apartheid entity".
The US are bluffing. They know their reputation on the world stage will be mud if they sanction the ICC
That the US has in place "the Hague Invasion Act" simply underlines the extent of the pressure aka bullying by them. International Law is already shredded. It would be utterly abandoned if that were to happen. 😡☠️
