@nickgerli1 @Todd_Sachs @m3_melody I have come across 3 new construction hidden or pocket listings in NE Tennessee where the listings still exist (with substantial price cuts), but they’re heavily obscured from the public. Why would a realtor/builder do that and what might that indicate to the market? An example is 255 Ruby Rose Rdg.
