German prosecutors said that Mr. Kuznietsov and others had acted “on the orders of state authorities in Ukraine”.
Prosecutors say the aim of the plot was to permanently disrupt gas deliveries via the pipelines and prevent Russia using the revenues from natural gas trading to finance its military operations.

Charges, not a verdict. The prosecution alleges Ukrainian state involvement – the court hasn't ruled yet. And destroying a pipeline that funded russia's war machine after a full-scale invasion is a rather different moral category than 'terrorism.' The Polish court already called

Yeah, in Poland, whenever there is arson, sabotage, etc, they always say it was Russia - but somehow perpetrators are always Ukrainian ... sure, RU can hire Ukrainians but still a bit sus. Same with gangs smuggling illegal immigrants to Poland, always UA
