    Samsung Care+ is a repair service exclusively for Samsung customers who have purchased a new Samsung device. There 3 service coverage plans available for you to choose from: the 6-month, 12-month, or 24-month period.
    • Samsung Care+ provides enhanced coverage including accidental breakage due to handling as well as damages from liquid.
    • Samsung Manufacturer’s Warranty covers defective material and manufacturing faults.
    • Repair service for unintentional breakage which may involve liquid/water damages.
    • Extended warranty (additional 1-year); applicable only for the 24-months Samsung Care+ coverage.
    • You may request for multiple repairs up to the worth of your device’s purchase price; for 24-months coverage, multiple repairs up to 2x of your device’s purchase price.
    • Like-for-like replacement of damaged phone if your device is already beyond economic repair (BER); Minimal fees apply.
    • Free door-to-door pick-up and delivery service nationwide.

  • We advise you to read the full terms and conditions of our service plans before purchasing. Some of the key exclusions to our service plans are:
    • Theft or loss of your device.
    • Malicious breaks.
    • Breakage caused by anyone else besides you or your immediate family members.
    • Wear-and-tear from daily use.
    • Cosmetic damage.
  • Requesting for repair is easy and simple.
    1. There are 3 ways you can opt to file a repair request:

    c. Walk-in at any Authorized Service Centers (appointment must be made before hand)
    2. All repair requests must be done within 14 days of when the incident happened.
    3. Once a repair request is filed, we will get your Samsung device repaired and deliver it back to you.

    Otherwise, our Samsung Care+ service team will contact you via email, sms or phone call to:
    1. Inform you that your repair request has been received.
    2. Confirm pick-up / self-delivery location of your damaged phone.
    3. Inform you when your phone has been repaired.
    4. Inform when your phone will be delivered to you or picked up from one of our service centers.
  • Your Samsung Care+ repair plan will expire at the end of the service coverage term that you have chosen; either 6 months, 12 months, or 24 months from the date of purchase or when you have exhausted the repair limit.

    Repair Limit: 6 Months Service Plan
    When the cost of repair has already reached your plan's coverage value (equivalent to your device's purchase price) or when (1) replacement device has been issued to you, whichever comes first.

    Repair Limit: 12 Months Service Plan
    When the cost of repair has already reached your plan's coverage value (equivalent to your device's purchase price) or when (1) replacement device has been issued to you, whichever comes first.

    Repair Limit: 24 Months Service Plan
    When the cost of repair has already reached your plan's coverage value (equivalent to 2x of your device's purchase price) or when replacement device has been issued to you (up to 2 replacement devices can be issued), whichever comes first.

    Samsung will terminate your service plan if:
    • We detect fraud or attempted fraud.
    • Your device's IMEI number has been tampered with.
    • Your phone has been repaired by a 3rd party service center (not by a Samsung Authorized Service Center).

    Your Samsung Care+ repair plan will expire at the end of the service coverage term that you have chosen; either 6 months, 12 months, or 24 months from the date of purchase.

    Samsung will terminate your service plan if:
    • We detect fraud or attempted fraud.
    • Your device's IMEI number has been tampered with.
    • Your phone has been repaired by a 3rd party service center (not by a Samsung Authorized Service Center).
  • No. Samsung Care+ will not be available for other Samsung Galaxy devices apart from the eligible devices mentioned.
  • Yes. You may purchase Samsung Care+ from select Samsung Authorized Stores within a 30-day purchase window or within 30-days upon your device activation.

    Please note that your device must meet certain requirements to be eligible for Samsung Care+. This must be in good condition upon assessment by store personnel and must be purchased locally from authorized Samsung partners and/or dealers.
  • No. You may choose not to utilize any services offered under Samsung Care+; no refund will be provided.
  • Device and screen images simulated for illustrative purposes.
