1wI’m a small business owner who has been using Shopify for 14 years with all positive experiences and only occasional minor issues. However, recent changes, especially the shift to AI-driven support have made managing my store much more stressful. Currently, I’m experiencing failed payouts despite no changes on my end, and for days now, I’ve been caught in a frustrating loop with AI support. I keep receiving generic AI responses promising escalations but no real updates or solutions. My funds are stuck, which has never happened in all my years running this shop. I have no clear timeline or guidance to plan upcoming product launches, and it’s affecting my business severely. If there’s anyone who can offer advice or connect me with a real person who can actually help, I would be incredibly grateful. At this point, I’m spending time posting across Shopify’s social media just to get some basic support.
