  • A two-part graphic for Google Ad Manager, illustrating "In" (what's included) and "Out" (what's excluded). The "In" section, highlighted with a green background and a smiling face emoji, lists three items with green checkmarks: "A/B testing ad layouts," "Improving ad viewability," and "Optimizing floor prices." A red heart emoji is also present in this section. The "Out" section, with a blue background and a clock emoji, lists three items with red 'x' marks: "Irrelevant ads," "Slow ad loading time," and "Low match rates." A small yellow tag with "OUT" written on it is at the bottom right of the "Out" section. The Google Ad Manager logo is at the very bottom of the image.

The only feature currently lacking in Google Ad Manager is the ability to establish direct contact with a Google representative. As a large publisher generating 30–40 million ad impressions per month, it has been extremely difficult—if not impossible—to get in touch with someone at Google.I agree that live chat support can be helpful for resolving simple issues. However, when it comes to more complex or critical matters, the support provided is often insufficient unless you have access to a dedicated account manager.
