Scam Scam Scam First dispute was on June 4th and 5th called Gemini right away June 5th both charges $490.80 for Belagio box office for tickets I did not purchase Gemini said they would handle it . A month later claim denied I call back restart claim again denied no explanation  . I call a 3rd time and ask for the Fraud department we don't have one WOW we have an investigative department that doesn't have a phone number or even an email  WOW after arguing with the cs rep who only reads from a cue card she says you have to submit a rebuttal letter to reopen the claim but won't give out a email to send it to . I ask how could they just close the claim with no proof or reason . Now we are on 08/01/2025 and I sign on only to see the card hacked again on June 30th for $194.40 stubhub and I call to cancel the card as they have no actual protection against fraud or any actual service at all . When you call the calls are forwarded to an answering service where nothing gets resolved emails sent to you are all no-reply addresses  SCAM SCAM SCAM
