How about having a weekly or monthly quota for meeting hours? could make meeting more efficient and only scheduled when really needed.

Why has the workplace of Amazon turned so toxic that a manager calls on employees week offs to scold for his metrics while he can do so on next working day. And when this is raised no investigations are being done against the manager. I hope this is publicised as there is literal bullying happening to terminate employees the manager
