- [Instructor] Now I'd like to talk about adding an account to a Windows 11 machine that is not a Microsoft account. Instead, we'll just create a local account that only lives on the local Windows 11 PC. So off the start menu, I'll go to settings. In the navigation on the left, I'll click on Accounts. And we can see some accounts here that I've previously added. To add another one, I'll go to Family and other users, click on that. And then for other users, I'll click Add account. I am presented with a popup, basically asking to give the information for the Microsoft account. The Windows 11 PC here is assuming that I'm going to use a Microsoft account. And in this case, that's not what I want to do. So I will click, I don't have this person sign in information. Now it's going to ask me to create a Microsoft account, which is not exactly what I want to do. So I will click the link at the bottom that says, Add a user…
