- Okay, it's clear that automation is a huge trend, and if you're working in an enterprise, you've most certainly heard of tools like robotic process automation. In fact, I'm pretty certain you've adopted it some place in your operations. You've done proofs of concept, pilots, perhaps even some scaled-up projects.
