“Giancarlo is the definitive workhorse. Give him a task and he attacks it with gusto, producing results that would normally take an entire team to produce. He's also willing to adjust to new information. A case in point, Giancarlo once embarked on a targeted campaign that involved personally contacting hundreds of customers, after which data showed no significant impact on customer intention. Faced with such evidence, he shutdown the campaign and tried something different. There were no arguments -- just acceptance, some lessons learned and then business as usual. Most impressive. I would happily work with Giancarlo in future.”
