Wise words from Service Logic VP, ♠️Greg Crumpton♠️: “For many years I have suggested to OEM’s, especially of non-typical gear, to require a tool, such as XOi , to create and dictate a workflow to ensure proper startup and commissioning efforts. Having a work flow that is digitized, documented, and shared with all stakeholders holders in the food chain of the product would certainly reduce warranty “claims”. ‘No XOi documentation’ would mean a non-warranty service call, until validated.
