  • Tomorrow, July 23, 2025, the revised International Council for Harmonisation (ICH) Good Clinical Practice (GCP) E6R3 will go into effect in the EU region. 🌍   At a recent Avoca, A WCG Company panel, participants discussed how E6R3 will affect supplier qualification processes in the #ClinicalResearch industry, including changes and challenges.     Fatemeh Jami, PhD, FRQA from Worldwide highlighted how E6R3 is a natural progression of the risk-based approach established by prior revisions (E6R2). Her other takeaways from the discussion were:    👉 Organizations should focus on understanding what adequate supplier qualification entails and be proactive and transparent throughout the process. 👉 Documentation will be crucial to demonstrate due diligence, including qualification reports, audit reports, and vendor-completed questionnaires.
