VITL is hiring a Business Analyst - Health Information Exchange (HIE) Platform Upgrade. The successful candidate will be a seasoned business analyst within the clinical/provider health care IT sector. This role will support VITL's DDI projects with requirements elicitation and project documentation and will also work within VITL's Project Management Office to review current practices and provide process improvement support to establish and improve repeatable processes for business analysis activities. VITL has delivered over half a million immunization records from the Vermont Department of Health’s Immunization Registry directly into providers’ electronic health records. Providers get up-to-date records and forecasts of vaccination needs, to help them care for their patients. It’s more efficient, too – one busy primary care practice estimates the service saves their nurses more than an hour and twenty minutes a day.
