Progress in Motion at Idaho National Laboratory We’re proud to share that demolition is officially complete on the Adam’s Bridge replacement project at the Idaho National Laboratory (INL). Our crews are now shifting gears into the next phase: forming and pouring the footings and abutments that will support the new precast bridge — a key infrastructure upgrade for one of the most important research facilities in the country. INL is more than just a job site — it’s a national asset. As the U.S. Department of Energy’s leading nuclear research facility, it plays a vital role in our country’s energy security, environmental resilience, and scientific innovation. To be trusted with critical infrastructure at a site of this significance is an honor we don’t take lightly. We’re incredibly grateful for the partnership and for the hard-working teams making this project happen, from planning through execution. 🚧 Project Kickoff: 727 Kennedy, Oakland 🚧 We’re excited to get started on the redevelopment of 727 Kennedy in Oakland, partnering with Outrigger Industrial and Plump Engineering, Inc. to bring new life to this East Bay site. The project involves the full demolition of the eastern office building—over 18,000 square feet—and demolition of the northern concrete wall as part of a strategic reduction in footprint to better support future operations of the completed facility. We’ll be raising the roof height from 25 feet to just over 41 feet, along with structural upgrades, ESFR fire protection, a refreshed façade, and all-new sitework and parking. Big thanks to Outrigger Industrial for trusting Uprite with another important build. We’re proud to be part of the transformation.
