Brings a whole new meaning to "ingest" doesn't it? Speaking of ingesting concerning amounts of data, last week we launched our free #medicare pricer. While it can ingest copious amounts of claims in seconds, we highly recommend you a consult a doctor before doing so at home. Read all about what it took to build, why Product Manager Spencer Goodwin built with his past self in mind, and how you can price 10k claims a month (for free), yourself: https://lnkd.in/gwSQARaZ #pricetransparency #healthtech #revenuecycle

It’s not every day one of our product managers gets to launch something their past self never thought possible—and make it free for everyone, to boot For every consultant, analyst, and Spencer across the nation, this one's for you 🙏 #medicare #pricetransparency
The team at Turquoise Health just launched a product that's near and dear to my heart: free Medicare Pricing at scale. As someone who is intimately familiar with what it's like to rebuild pricing engines every quarter, something like this would have changed everything for me. With our pricer, anyone can price up to 10,000 claims a month for free. Simply upload your file, hit “run pricing,” then download a CSV. You can create a free business account here: https://lnkd.in/gGteNtY6 Here’s hoping it helps you avoid a rebuild, flag an underpayment, or model payments faster. Read about that and the other cool product launches the team pushed live below.

Price 10,000 claims a month, for free. That's it. That's the post. Okay, fine. We have more to say but that is the headline! Medicare pricing is the original #IYKYK of healthcare. It's costly, it's cumbersome. It's complex. And, if you're us, it's ripe for some democratizing. So we did some simplifying and now we're here to launch it to the masses. What used to require consultants, overpriced tools, or internal tech stacks now takes seconds. So we thought: why not make it free, too? Sign-up and price your claims for free, here: https://lnkd.in/dbFbX2Ba #medicare #healthcare #pricetransparency

☕ The best part of waking up is a Turquoise blog in your...LinkedIn feed? Big thanks to Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services for providing today's content in the form of a new proposed rule that includes updated requirements for Hospital MRFs. Chris Severn posted an article yesterday, which we'll link in the comments, but for anyone else who just refilled their coffee, dig into the specifics of the proposal on our blog. Sneak peak - utilization, new allowed amount calcs, and updated attestation info are all on the docket. https://lnkd.in/eGXiVq8H #pricetransparency #butfirstcoffee #healthcarepolicy

So, here goes. Behold, our hearts, our dreams, everything we've shipped recently to a platform near you. Swipe to read --> #pricetransparency #healthtech

Thousands of healthcare consumers visit the Turquoise site every month to shop for care. Why? Plain and simple--because Americans want to know how much their healthcare will cost. So when CMS puts out an RFI asking about "binding cost estimates for pre-defined periods" *and* "price transparency implementation" you know we submitted our thoughts post haste 🫡 Read our comment on Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services's 0042-NC, here: https://lnkd.in/g3aSYBTa #pricetransparency #healthcare #healthcarecosts

Something transparent this way comes....
We've long thought that the first phase of price transparency in healthcare would take 5 years. That 5-year period ends on 1/1/26. I'm impatient. I want more rates, more enforcement, and more patient focus now. I hate having to think in terms of half-decades. The enforcement dates established by yesterday's CMS updates eerily align with this vision of the start of a new 2nd phase of price transparency, one focused on a patient-centric healthcare transaction. We're not mad just a wee bit disappointed. We like dates! follow through! and specificity! and transparent prices that are accessible to everyone! https://lnkd.in/gRWjVYaA #pricetransparency #regulations #executiveorder
