WOW, Team COSI and our Partners CRUSHED it! 👏🏾 We officially launched a ground-breaking new STEM HIVE Workforce Roadshow program that connects 100+ youth and families to in demand career pathways leveraging AI, VR, a new HIVE construct, competency model, with evidence-based models all to get students credentials and jobs! We launched it in SE Ohio but will be coming to a town square near you soon! This is a case study on partnerships to help move the needle in workforce. We’re bringing businesses and educators together to equip middle school and high school youth with credential opportunities. We take them directly to the factory floor through VR in partnership with Transfr Dan Risko Lori Byrne. We’ve also incorporated groundbreaking AI with SchoolJoy Mary Ellen Dobransky for youth to engage and learn personalized pathways. The businesses were onhand serving as prospective mentors and executing hands-on activities.
