Three Pillars Capital Group (TPCG) is a Houston-based real estate private equity firm with over $500M+ in assets under management and a strong track record of execution providing investors realized returns. TPCG is particularly focused on acquiring B and C class properties and providing luxurious and stylish apartments at an affordable price. The team is fueled by the common mission and commitment to make the communities with these properties more accessible, beautiful, and functional for everyone. TPCG acquired its first property in 2017 and has a portfolio of multifamily units located across the Greater Houston area. Having invested in the Houston Class B & C space, we have a strong understanding of the various sub-markets and operations of these assets. We understand the demands of tenants as it relates to local sub-markets and how to cater to those demands. We have 3-4 primary ways to drive revenue. It all starts with providing our tenants with high quality and classy places to live. Given our experience and understanding of the local market, we can effectively manage revenue and remove inefficient management practices to improve NOI.
