  • The best partnerships start with shared ambition.     That’s why Greater Than One is such a strong addition to Real Chemistry. For nearly 25 years, they’ve helped healthcare brands navigate complexity with smarter strategy, sharper tools, and a deep understanding of what drives performance.     Now that they’re part of our team, we’re combining that expertise with our own. Together, we’re bringing more precision, speed, and clarity to the work we do every day.     Welcome, Greater Than One. We’re glad you’re here. https://bit.ly/3IH7oiT

They asked the hard questions. They leaned into the work. And they reminded us that learning never stops. To mark National Intern Day, we gathered reflections from a few members of this year’s intern class—the kind of advice you’d find scribbled in a yearbook margin. No surprise what came back: honest, grounded, and wise beyond their résumés. We’re lucky they chose to spend their summer with us. Thanks to Sarah Fentress, Claiborne Martell, kaelyn pavlick, Chris DeLorenzo Jr., Riley Fisher, Jennifer Krulisz-Hossain, and Julia Bandte for sharing your perspective! #LifeAtRealChem

  • The volume of scientific information published each day is staggering. For healthcare professionals, that flood of data makes it harder—not easier—to act on what matters most.    Jared Wels, PhD saw this challenge early in his career. And instead of accepting it, he asked a simple question: What if AI could help? Jared recently stepped into a new role at Real Chemistry, focused on integrating AI across our healthcare communications workflows to enable us to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to integrating technology into our daily work. From insights to strategy, content to creative, and even MLR submissions—he’s helping teams work faster, think smarter, and stay focused on what matters: delivering real value to patients and providers.    His background in medical strategy is key. It gives him the clarity to see where AI can meaningfully reduce friction—and where the human touch should remain front and center. For Jared, AI isn’t the headline. It’s the infrastructure. It powers better decisions, sharper content, and more impact for our clients. And it’s part of what drives his passion to continue transforming our way of working.   That’s the kind of thinking we’re proud to support. And it’s exactly why we’re glad he’s part of #LifeAtRealChem.

  • Healthcare is evolving. So is the world around it. And the people guiding that change matter more than ever.     That’s why we’re proud to see our CEO, Shankar Narayanan, named to PRWeek’s 2025 Power List. The list highlights leaders helping shape what’s next for our industry.     Shankar’s leadership is about scaling what works, exploring what’s possible, and building teams that bring both to life. This recognition speaks to the kind of visionary thinking our sector needs right now.     Thank you to Steve Barrett and the PRWeek team for this recognition. And congrats to everyone on this year’s list. The work ahead is big, and it has never been more important. https://bit.ly/4kQffrB

  • We never stop evolving to be the best for our clients, and these three leaders are helping shape what comes next.   Today we welcome JJ Schmuckler and Brenna C. Terry, and celebrate Michele Terra as she steps into a new role as President of 21GRAMS.   Together, they bring a powerful mix of expertise across global expansion, integrated communications, and creative leadership. Their collective impact strengthens the way we think, create, and deliver.   This group will help us stay ahead in a rapidly changing healthcare landscape and better support the clients and communities we serve. We’re building a stronger, more connected team, and these leaders are a big part of that future. https://bit.ly/4kEFWzu

  • Our work is all about partnering with our clients to support patients — through data, ideas, and the power of connection.    But once a year, we do something even more direct: We roll up our sleeves, literally, and give.    Because transforming healthcare isn’t just our job. It’s who we are.

We believe the stories that shape us deserve to be told. So we asked Nick Mason to tell his. And as part of our in-house production team, ROOM42, storytelling through film is kind of his thing. But what he gave us was more than a film. It was a reminder that work is never just work. It’s the people, the moments, and the unexpected turns. All set to rock anthems, questionable wigs, and the occasional explosion. This is #LifeatRealChem, as only the filmmaker Nick could tell it.

See what happens when Real Chemistry and 21GRAMS take on #CannesLions2025. We brought science to the stage with the legendary Bill Nye and comedian Fiona Cauley. We brought creativity to every conversation. We showed up, and the industry took notice. 1 Gold. 10 shortlists. 3 panels. Twice named #2. Hundreds of rubber chickens disturbed — seriously. But for us, it’s never been about trophies. It’s about doing the kind of work we want to see more of — for our clients and the patients they serve. Where else can creativity in healthcare stand tall, speak loudly, and prove what’s possible? There’s no place like Cannes.
