    After 11 rewarding years, my time at Google has come to a close. I leave feeling incredibly humbled — by the brilliant people I worked alongside, the consistent trust placed in me by senior leadership, and the opportunity to make a real difference in the world. Like so many other CS students, I dreamed of becoming a Google Software Engineering. The reality was even better than I imagined; it has been, without a doubt, the best workplace of my career; an environment where everyone is truly given the opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to impacting the lives of millions. To everyone I've had the pleasure of working with at Google: thank you. I've gained valuable knowledge from every interaction, and I'll carry those learnings with me into my future career. In particular, amongst many great managers, my deepest gratitude goes to Michael Bachman who is an impeccable leader and true inspiration to me throughout my tenure at Google. I'm incredibly excited about my next chapter. I have joined StubHub as VP of Engineering with the mission to drive a significant digital transformation. According to StubHub's 2025 WNBA Season Preview, ticket sales have skyrocketed by 145% compared to last year, marking the highest preseason demand in league history . 👀⁣ ⁣• Leading this boom is the Indiana Fever, whose ticket sales have increased nearly sixfold (497%) following the addition of standout rookie Caitlin Clark. The Fever's away games account for nine of StubHub’s top ten best-selling matchups this season, with their July 15 visit to the Connecticut Sun being the most in-demand game. 🎟️🔥⁣ •⁣ Other teams are also seeing significant growth. The Dallas Wings, boosted by rookie Paige Bueckers and star Arike Ogunbowale, have seen ticket sales jump 4.5 times over last season. 🤯📈⁣ •⁣ This surge reflects a broader shift in women's sports, with first-time WNBA ticket buyers increasing by 28% and fans from 29 different countries purchasing tickets, more than double last year's international reach. 🌏🌍🌎⁣ •⁣ The momentum behind women's sports has never been stronger, and this year's WNBA season exemplifies that growth.     The WNBA is seeing record-breaking demand heading into 2025, with StubHub ticket sales up nearly 2.5x from last year. Leading the way: the Indiana Fever, powered by Caitlin Clark, Kelsey Mitchell, and Aliyah Boston. Fever games are topping the charts—and some teams facing them are even moving to bigger arenas to keep up. In Dallas, No. 1 pick Paige Bueckers is already making waves. Wings ticket sales jumped 4.5x after the draft, and StubHub searches for the team spiked 351% in just 24 hours. The hype is real. The Golden State Valkyries will make their debut against the Fever on June 19—and it’s already their hottest-selling game. Fans from 29 countries have bought WNBA tickets on StubHub, more proof that the league’s moment is going global.
