  • New Job Spotlight Financial Reporting Officer The Financial Reporting Officer is responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting for the Bank, holding company, and consolidated entity, in accordance with GAAP, SEC, regulatory standards, and internal accounting policies. Key responsibilities include reviewing, analyzing, and implementing new accounting pronouncements, and preparing both internal and external financial reports that clearly communicate results and trends. This role also oversees all federal and state tax filings, manages the tax provision process, and supports the monthly close and the preparation of management and Board reports. Additionally, the Financial Reporting Officer assists with budgeting and forecasting activities.
