This is our love letter to Tiffany Rosenbaum and Melissa Gillispie 💜 Thank you for stepping away from your businesses, your teams, and your families to be with us in Montréal. Having you speak to our team was as educational as it was transformative. Every person in that room walked away with a deeper understanding of what drives you, what matters most to your team and residents, and how we can better support you moving forward. On the final day while packing up, we found this note (photo attached) tucked in the back of the room. It never made it to you, but it should have. This one person's words capture the takeaways and feelings shared and amplified by all 220+ Second Nature team members in that room. 🌍✨ Just returned from an unforgettable journey to Montreal with my incredible Second Nature family, and my heart is overflowing with gratitude and love! 💜💟 This trip was more than just a getaway; it was a beautiful opportunity to forge deeper relationships, nurture friendships, and step outside our comfort zones. As a new manager, I felt an overwhelming sense of warmth and acceptance from my colleagues, and I am truly grateful to be part of a company that prioritizes empowering its employees.
