Introducing Ro’s GLP-1 Supply Tracker – a free, open access tool to help patients and providers find out which medications are available (and where) and which aren’t. https://lnkd.in/en5qTGAa We built this tracker to give patients an easier way to navigate GLP-1 shortages, by: 1️⃣ Clearly showing which GLP-1s are currently in shortage by drug and dose 2️⃣ Making it easy for everyone to crowdsource where and when they find GLP-1 supply or, when they cannot, to submit a shortage report to the FDA 3️⃣ Letting anyone join our “Supply List” that sends real-time alerts when GLP-1 supply is located at a pharmacy near them 4️⃣ Sending automated notifications to patients and providers who sign-up letting them know when a drug’s status changes on the FDA’s list. Our hope is that this tracker will help ease the burden that drug shortages have placed on patients and providers, and increase access to these life-changing treatments.

That means more patients can access treatments best suited to their goals. 3️⃣ As innovation accelerates, support has to scale with it. Patients need assistance in creating a personalized plan, ongoing care management, and help navigating insurance coverage. As featured in the The Wall Street Journal, our free tool is helping people learn about their GLP-1 coverage. “For patients with insurance that covers these drugs, meanwhile, two-thirds have copays of $100 or less a month, and 40% pay $50 or less, according to Ro, a direct-to-patient healthcare company that has conducted tens of thousands of benefits verifications for patients nationwide.
