While volunteering at Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana, our team noticed the scales being used were outdated and unstable – causing food to fall and break. When one of our Neighborhood Managers, Lisa, learned new ones weren’t in the budget, she brought the issue back to Redwood. We were proud to step in and recently donated 6 new digital scales to help improve their process. The new equipment makes sorting food easier, safer and more efficient for the Gleaners team. A big shoutout to Lisa for living Redwood Core Value #2: Be Entrepreneurial and Core Value #8: Be Nice and Have Fun. We officially cut the ribbon at Redwood Aurora! We were thrilled to celebrate the grand opening of our newest neighborhood with Aurora city officials, partners and residents. It was a beautiful day to recognize the hard work that went into bringing this neighborhood to life. Redwood Aurora features 140 single-story apartment homes, each thoughtfully designed with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, plenty of storage space and an attached two-car garage. With eight floor plans ranging from 1,294 to 1,709 square feet, there's something for everyone looking for comfort, privacy and maintenance-free living.
