Introducing “Automated Inspector” Powered by Reconstruct The First Computer-Vision AI Platform for Facility and Asset Management Menlo Park, California – July 25, 2025 – Reconstruct released Automated Inspector, a Computer Vision AI platform that automatically detects, maps, and catalogs facility assets, rooms, and physical deficiencies, including damage, wear, safety risks, and other factors impacting asset conditions and maintenance needs. Automated Inspector creates new insights on all types of facilities – but it is especially valuable in healthcare facilities, generating 2D and 3D asset maps with a focus on: • Fire and safety (strobes, extinguishers, exits) • Mobile assets (workstations and IV poles) • Deficiencies (ceiling tile water marks and hallway wall scuffs). Facility leaders can automatically map assets and evaluate any discovered deficiencies across their entire facility in seconds.
