We are proud that Proper Hospitality is the first hotel brand to fully eliminate industrial seed oils across all kitchens, including its flagship Proper Hotels and By Proper properties. As of May 7, every kitchen in our portfolio is free of canola, sunflower, soybean, and other industrial seed oils.   We are also the first to use Zero Acre Farms’ sustainable, fermentation-derived oil in all deep fryers. This oil is healthier, more stable for high-heat cooking, and significantly more sustainable than traditional frying oils.   This shift reflects our broader wellness philosophy built around five pillars: Nourishment, Movement, Recovery, Rest, and Connection.
