Path Construction is wrapping up our work with Pace Suburban Bus's new transit campus in Markham, IL. Built to support the next generation of clean transportation in Chicagoland. This site was designed for high-efficiency operations and long-term scalability. Key features include: ✔️ 22-acre site ✔️ 56,000 SF Acceptance Facility and Bus Storage/Maintenance Building with 24 service bays ✔️ 29,000 SF Office ✔️ EV Charging Stations ✔️ Illinois’ first pantograph overhead charger ✔️ Dedicated driver training areas 

We’re building the new Philip J. Rock Center and School in Chicagoland, a residential and educational facility that supports individuals who are both deaf and blind. The project is on track for completion this fall. Watch the team in action:

Just awarded! 🏨 Path Construction is proud to build a new 124-key StudioRes by Marriott Hotels Extended-Stay Hotel in Phoenix, AZ, in partnership with Concord Hospitality Enterprises and BRR Architecture. Located in Deer Valley, this project expands our hospitality portfolio and strengthens our presence in high-growth markets, such as Arizona. Path Construction is making substantial progress at 1237 N. California Ave., a multi-family development led by Hispanic Housing Development Corporation. This project will bring over 40 affordable housing units to the community. 👷♂️ Take a behind-the-scenes tour with Superintendent Tim Driscoll.

Members of our Denver-area team are underway on the construction of a 2.5-acre residential community featuring 64 for-sale units, including a mix of duplexes, cottages, and townhomes. Designed to meet the demand for “missing middle” housing, the build offers attainable homeownership with 2- to 3-bedroom layouts, outdoor parking for cottages and duplexes, and private garages for townhomes. Path Construction is proud to celebrate the ribbon cutting at the Lake County Regional Operations and Communications (ROC) Facility in Libertyville, Illinois. As the general contractor, we led the delivery of this 37,000-square-foot, Net-Zero facility that will play a vital role in strengthening emergency response and 9-1-1 services across Lake County. We’re especially proud of members of our Chicagoland team, whose dedication, technical expertise, and attention to detail brought this highly complex and mission-critical facility to life. The ROC is Lake County’s first Net-Zero facility, powered by over 1,900 solar panels and supported by a geothermal energy system.
